Placing an order

The ordering process is fairly simple. You can place your order over the telephone by calling: 0115 920 7595. Talking to us is normally the best option, more so if you have any special requirements or bespoke sizes. We love chatting with our customers and you will find us helpful, polite, patient and friendly.

Prefer to email? Not an issue, simply email sales@theoldtableco.co.uk. Request a call back if you wish. Alternatively you can email us directly from this website by visiting our contact us page. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

To ease and speed up the ordering process, it is always best to have the information we require at hand. This could be the finer details of the product(s) you wish to order through to your email address.

Below we have created a step by step guide to help you along with the common decisions regarding creating your furniture.

Step One - choosing the right product

Using the products menu at the top of our web site, you can view the products we offer as standard. You can also see newer products, that may not yet be on our website, by visiting our Facebook page.

Step Two - choose your size

On each product page you will find either set sizing or ranges. If you need one shorter, longer, thicker, wider, deeper, taller or even thinner, chances are we can make that happen for little or no extra cost. If the size you wanted is with a range already set, the cost of that will be the same as the one displayed.

Step Three - choose your legs/options

Within each product, you will find a list of options available as standard. This maybe variances in legs, configurations in drawers/doors or extras. Look out for pictures on these options to help show you how they look.

Step Four - choose your top

Most of our products have a top of some sort. This can be made of many different effects, styles and wood types. Click here to visit our tops page for more information.

Step Five - choose your colour(s)

You can choose one main colour or have multiple colours. Click here to view our colour swatch.

Step Six - ordering

Give our friendly staff a call: 0115 920 7595 or email: sales@theoldtableco.co.uk. We will do the rest.

As everything is bespoke we do collect payment upfront. We accept bank transfers, PayPal and credit/debit cards. We always send you an invoice to show you what you have ordered and a receipt once payment has cleared. Once payment is cleared we move your order into our production queue and your lovely products start to be born.

Do not worry if you do not have all the information. The process in ensuring your order is perfect takes around 6-8 weeks, that's from order to delivery. If you haven't yet decided on details like the final colour or finish, you can place your order ensuring your place in the queue and update us further on.
